  • Pool heating is optional and costs $70.20 per day. The home is equipped with a gas heated pool.
  • Spa/hot tub heating is included in the rental amount year-round.
  • Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000, excluding intentional acts, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, and damage caused by pets.
  • For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap applies as detailed in your rental agreement.
  • Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
